Welcome to Second Harvest! We are excited that you are thinking of becoming a volunteer. Without our dedicated volunteers providing thousands of hours of donated time, Second Harvest could not run its operations.

​

Second Harvest provides a variety of volunteer opportunities because volunteers are a necessary part of every program we offer.

​

Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age to offer their individual services without adult supervision, and adult supervisors must accompany volunteers ages 10 to 16 and must work beside the volunteer at all times. One adult supervisor is required for every seven volunteers ages 10 to 16. We are unable to accept court ordered community service volunteers, volunteers currently on probation, and volunteers younger than 10 years of age.
